Account creation and number provisioning take minutes. 10DLC brand and campaign registration depends on carrier review timelines, typically two to five business days. ArelHub tracks status automatically and surfaces updates in your dashboard.

What do I need before signing up?

A business email, a valid credit card for billing activation, and a description of your sending use case are required to get started. For 10DLC you will need your EIN and a clear use case description ready for the registration form.

Can I test without a registered campaign?

Yes. You can configure your account, set up subaccounts, and explore the dashboard before completing number provisioning and 10DLC registration.

Which plan should I start with?

Most growing teams start on the Starter plan. If you are already running meaningful volume or need subaccount isolation for multiple brands, review the Growth plan. Enterprise options are available for high-volume and custom compliance requirements.
