How ArelHub handles your data
ArelHub is designed around tenant isolation, auditability, and responsible data retention. We collect only the data required to provide messaging delivery, platform security, billing, and compliance automation.
What we collect
- Account profile and contact data for tenant administration and support communications.
- Messaging metadata and delivery status events required for delivery reliability and analytics.
- Consent, opt-in, and opt-out records required for lawful communications workflows.
- Billing records, invoices, payment references, and tax metadata needed for invoicing.
How we use data
- To route and deliver messages through approved carrier and provider integrations.
- To secure accounts with authentication, authorization, and suspicious activity controls.
- To generate invoices, usage reports, and financial records.
- To support legal and policy obligations including consent and retention requirements.
Cookies and local storage
ArelHub uses essential browser storage for session continuity and security controls. Optional analytics or marketing trackers are not enabled by default on this public web experience.
Data retention and deletion
Data retention policies are applied by workload type. Where legally permitted, account owners can request data export or deletion through support channels.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing.
