These terms govern your use of ArelHub services and apply to all users, administrators, and API integrations operating under your account.

ArelHub provides messaging infrastructure, account management capabilities, billing workflows, and related operational tooling.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for securing credentials, managing authorized users, and ensuring lawful message content.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ArelHub for abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or unauthorized messaging campaigns. Violations can result in suspension or termination.

4. Billing and payment

Subscription and usage charges follow the active plan terms. Unpaid balances may result in service restrictions.

5. Data and privacy

Data processing follows the privacy commitments documented on the Privacy page and any signed agreements.

6. Liability limits

Except where prohibited by law, ArelHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Updates

Terms may be updated periodically. Material updates are communicated through official account channels.

8. Text messaging (SMS) terms

ArelHub LLC sends internal notification text messages to people who opt in, about customer information, updates, status changes, and operational information.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
